Our machines provide precision edge rounding with a radius of up to 2 mm in a single pass, which lets you create uniform edges across all metal parts in minutes without additional labor costs. Our edge rounding machines achieve uniform finishes with rotary brush technology. These brushes are attached to a rotary carousel and have flexible abrasive flaps that feature the flexibility to hug metal edges closely while leaving the surface virtually unharmed.
As the rotary brushes round the edges, contact edges and vacuums keep the piece in place for a consistent finish. You can use abrasive roller attachments for deburring processes following edge rounding.
