Position Summary:
Plans, lays out and performs all types of sheet metal to fabricate a wide variety of units of complex design involving close tolerances. Must set up and operate all types of sheet metal equipment to cut, pierce and form parts from print with no supervision other than job assignment. Must have a minimum set of basic tools as described by Employer including measuring devices to work and check to .005 tolerance. Uses advanced shop math necessary to lay out and fabricate complex products.
