The 42 Series Rotary Brush dry machine is the ultimate machine for deburring, finishing, edge radiusing, laser oxide removal, and heavy slag removal. This machine offers the perfect solution for manufacturers who supply premium quality products. The high quality is achieved through a multi-rotating brush machine with eight abrasive flap brushes that deburr uniformly and round the edges of metal perfectly.
The 42 Series RB is a 3 shift, heavy production, custom-built modular machine that can accommodate multiple customer applications.
Achieve high-quality finished products with our 42 Series Rotary Brush dry machine. The machine helps manufacturers carry out different processes involved in the preparation and finishing of products across various industries. Equipped with multi-rotating brushes, the 42 Series RB uniformly deburrs materials to perfection while the Scotch-Brite® creates the finest finish.
42 Series RB Machine
The 42 Series RB is designed to perform multiple essential functions, including deburring, finishing, edge rounding, heavy slag and laser oxide removal. The rotary brush machine offers a complete solution for modifying product texture, visual appeal and mechanical properties. With the 42 Series RB, you can produce high-quality products with superior edge conditioning and finishing.
This incredibly versatile machine can process laser-cut, punched, plasma-cut cut and machined metal parts. It can process small parts down to 2″ x 2″ in size. Additionally, the 42 Series RB features a vacuum table with an internal cleaning cycle that keeps the parts in place while ensuring the belt remains clean.
42 Series RB Applications
When using our rotary brush machine, the material goes through three phases to achieve the desired results:
- Deburring: The four rotating brushes are used for rounding and deburring the material.
- Finishing: This machine consists of a Scotch-Brite belt, which is used to give the material a superior finish.
- Edge Rounding: You can produce a precise edge radius for even your sharpest metal pieces.
- Laser Oxide Removal: The machine removes heavy slag from flame- or plasma-cut parts, while providing a uniform, rounded edge.
- Heavy Slag Removal: The 42 Series RB removes heavy slag from flame or plasma-cut parts while producing a uniform, rounded edge.
